Shy, but will often shove myself forwards in an effort to forcefully self-embolden, or just for my own amusement. 

Silly. I like a bit of silliness. 

Mentally stuck at 24 years of age, despite being a very content 38-year-old. Unsure why it most definitely isn't 23 or 25. 

British-born Jamaican. Amazing upbringing.  

Adore education as a learner and a teacher.  Those closest to me already know that if I was a squillionaire, I'd just keep going back to uni for the rest of my days.

And I adore mindfulness, hence this blog.

I welcome you to join me as I push myself, little by little, to inject some easily-achievable (well, here's hoping) mindfulness into each week and document it all amidst my own take on being in the Now. I'll set the goals and report back on how I did. Perhaps you can try them and report back too.
